[BEAVER Biomedical] Cell Isolation and Activation


BeaverBeads® 세포 분리 제품(Cell Isolation Products)은 면역자기 비드(Immunomagnetic Beads)를 이용하여 표적 세포(Target Cells)를 표지한 후, 외부 자기장(External Magnetic Field)을 적용하여 비드에 결합된 세포와 결합되지 않은 세포를 분리하는 원리를 기반으로 합니다.

BeaverBeads® 세포 분리 제품군은 양성 선택(Positive Selection), 음성 선택(Negative Selection) 및 복합 선택(Combined Selection)을 포함한 다양한 세포 분리 전략을 지원합니다.

이를 통해 다양한 인간(Human) 및 마우스(Mouse) 유래 샘플에서 T세포(T Cells), B세포(B Cells), 호중구(Neutrophils) 및 자연살해세포(Natural Killer Cells, NK Cells)를 분리할 수 있습니다.
