EndoTrap® HD Kit Family
EndoTrap® HD는 단백질(Proteins), 항체(Antibodies), 세포 추출물(Cell Extracts), 핵산(Nucleic Acids) 등 수용성 생물학적 시료(Aqueous Biological Samples)에서 Lipopolysaccharide (LPS, Endotoxin)를 정량적으로 제거하기 위한 in vitro 엔도톡신 제거 제품입니다.
EndoTrap® HD는 연구개발(R&D)을 위한 소규모 정제 공정은 물론, 바이오의약품 제조(Biomanufacturing)와 같은 대규모 생산 공정에도 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 바이오제조 공정의 초기 단계(Early Process Step)부터 최종 정제 단계(Late Process Step)까지 폭넓게 적용 가능합니다.
EndoTrap® HD는 친수성(Hydrophilic)이며 구조적으로 안정된(Dimensionally Stable) Affinity Matrix 기술을 기반으로 개발되었습니다. 이 매트릭스는 우수한 압력 및 유속 특성(Pressure/Flow Characteristics)을 제공하여 높은 공정 효율과 안정적인 엔도톡신 제거 성능을 실현합니다.
